Growing Healthy with Eva is a free, fully illustrated picture book for children ages 3–8. Eva starts the day at the family breakfast table, plants seeds in the garden and looks after them as they grow, learning the small, steady habits that help children grow strong too. It is a gentle way to start conversations about healthy food, family time and patience, and it pairs well with a real seed in a cup on the windowsill.
